Position Descriptions:

President
The President is the lead representative of the club.  She convenes and runs Executive Committee meetings, monitors and makes decisions about club/team matters, buys and disseminates ice slots, and handles each team’s registration for USA Hockey. 

Vice President

The Vice President is responsible for creating a master schedule of all games and practices for the club and for scheduling referees for all home games and scrimmages.

Treasurer

The treasurer handles the club’s finances.  She keeps all financial records and deposits and writes all checks. 

Secretary

The Secretary is responsible for taking and keeping team records, such as Executive Committee meeting minutes.  The Secretary also maintains the club’s contact lists. 

Team Representative

The Team Representatives (one each for the A, B, and C teams) act as liaisons to the club and to MAWHL.  They attend MAWHL meetings to vote on behalf of their teams.  They also coordinate team rosters with the President.  In addition, they are responsible for disseminating information, such as practice and game schedules, to their teams and for handling scoresheets (bringing them to games and mailing them to the appropriate MAWHL official afterwards).
